The service areas for the Ontario Command Service Officers have been realigned to more evenly distribute the workload.
Any pension application, review or appeal currently in progress will be completed by the Provincial Service Officer who initiated the work and the file will be forwarded. Where applicable to the new Provincial Service Officer by the former Provincial Service Officer once the decision is rendered.
All new claims and new activity on an existing file should be referred to the appropriate Provincial Service Officer, as specified on the list below. The Service Officer for your area will continue to offer three (3) itinerary visits per year to a local Legion branch. Contacts will soon be made for these visits.
