General Game Rules & Eligibility
- Age Requirement: Players must be 18 years of age or older to purchase tickets or redeem prizes.
- Ticket Ownership: A ticket is a bearer instrument. The holder of a physical, valid, un-cancelled ticket meeting all security specifications is deemed the rightful owner.
- Prize Redemption & Claim Procedures:
- Instant Win Tickets: Instant win cash prizes must be redeemed exclusively at the specific Royal Canadian Legion Branch where the ticket was originally purchased. Other branches cannot validate or payout instant wins from other branches.
- BAZEENGOH! winning tickets will be redeemed at a Royal Canadian Legion Branch pre-determined in advance. Winning ticket(s) must be submitted along with an official Prize Claim Form for verification and payout.
- Raffle: winning ticket(s) must be submitted directly to The Royal Canadian Legion, Ontario Command along with an official Prize Claim Form for verification and payout.
- Claim Expiration: All prize claims must be submitted or redeemed within one (1) year of the draw/game close date. Unclaimed prizes will be dealt with in accordance with AGCO regulations and licensing agreements.
- Regulatory Oversight: All lottery operations are licensed by The Royal Canadian Legion, Ontario Command and governed by the regulations set forth by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO).
