Review of the Applications
Applications are distributed to the sub committee soon after closing date prior to their initial meeting in June when eligibility of applications are determined and recommendations are made for approvals and suggested amounts.
Final Approval
Final approval of the applications undertaken by the full committee meeting of the Foundation held on the first Friday after Remembrance Day each year.
Successful Applicants
Successful applicants are advised after final approval. Prior to a cheque being issued, the successful applicant must provide a copy of the purchase order for the subject equipment.
Once the required documentation is received, the organization is to set up a cheque presentation with the assigned branch. The cheque/Electronic Funds Transfer is released following presentation.
Unsuccessful Applicants
Unsuccessful applicants will be advised the reason for which the application has been declined.
